We look forward to hearing from you, The Editorial Board of the Hanse Law Review Hanse Law ReviewThe Hanse Law Review, founded by students of the Hanse Law School, is a unique and innovative project within Germany. It follows the well-established tradition of the Anglo-American legal world where university legal journals have come to represent some of the most influential and honoured legal publications within their countries. These publications contain articles, essays and comments written by lawyers that respond to various themes and further enrich the gradual evolution of the law by adding various perspectives, alternative viewpoints and innovative ideas. They therefore represent a connection between the theoretical legal doctrine and its practical application. Thus the Hanse Law Review is the cornerstone in the development of this practice in Germany. The journal was issued first time in 2005 and has been published two times per year since than. Due to the fact that the Hanse Law School is a legal school focusing on European and Comparative law, the journal itself focuses on various issues relating directly or indirectly to the comparison and application of distinct legal aspects within different legal systems and places a further objective on the development of the law of the EU which, in itself, represents an extraction of the best approaches of the legal systems of the Member States. The publications will contain legal works from all over the world. They will be edited by a editorial board represented by students of the Hanse Law School. The Hanse Law Review will thus be an excellent platform for legal comparison, which by itself is the basic characteristic of the modern development of law. |
